They mainly use this to help the resellers overcome the “invalid cards problem”. When a customer gets back at a store owner because the game card he bought doesn’t work, the store owner sends an e-mail to Blizzard asking for a new code. Blizzard then generates 3 new codes, based on a working code the store owner sent them (copying the properties of the given card, like region & type), and sends them back to the store owner (they generate 3 codes, to repay the fail on their side). After he received his new codes, the customer has 48 hours to use them on his account. (the store owners always give the customers only 1 of these codes) This website plays the role of the store owner. We successfully managed to automate the generation process: your game card code and e-mail address will be inserted in a preformated e-mail, this e-mail will be sent to Blizzard Entertainment, and once the new game card codes are generated they will be sent directly to your e-mail address (all 3 of them). You will then have 48 hours to use the new codes, and there is no time limit to use the working code you provided. But keep in mind that a game card code can only be “copied” once.
